Although Dota 2 is a great game, it still has some problems. Some of them are:

Toxic behavior. Dota 2 is often the place for toxic behavior from players. This can show up in the form of insults, threats, and nasty comments in chat. This can severely ruin gameplay and worsen the experience for everyone involved.

Unbalanced heroes. Dota 2 is a game where each hero has his own unique abilities and characteristics. However, not all heroes are equal, and some of them may be too strong or too weak in some situations. This can make the game unfair and uninteresting.

Matchmaking issues. Dota 2 uses matchmaking to create matches where players are compared by level and skill. However, the player selection system does not always work well, and they may end up in matches with players of different levels. This can make the game unfair.

Lack of new content. Dota 2 is a game that requires updates and new content to stay interesting and exciting. But Valve Corporation does not always release new content on time, which can lead to less interest in the game.

High entry threshold. Dota is difficult to learn to play on your own. Therefore, if you have no experience in MOBA games or no Doter friends, you will have to comprehend the process on your own.

Whether it’s worth paying attention to these disadvantages should be an independent decision of each player. However, considering the number of those who play it, the merits of Dota 2 still outweigh the disadvantages.
